What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the sales cycle by building a robust pipeline of demand for advertising solutions among existing and new clients
- Understand client needs and propose tailored advertising and data solutions through presentations and negotiations
- Manage direct advertiser sales and strategic partnerships with mid-level clients and their agencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Review campaign results to identify opportunities for enhanced products and client service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience in media sales OR High School/GED and at least 5 years of experience in media sales
- Experience in Digital Media Sales
- Deep understanding of the online advertising space with a focus on exchange and audience-based selling
- Established relationships with relevant brand and agency teams
- At least 1 year of direct leadership or cross-functional team leadership experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5-7 years of experience in media sales
- Experience with partner/channel management and negotiations with executives at the VP level

Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
