What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and manage leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable wireless solutions
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets
- Develop skills in relationship management and participate in training sessions
- Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience
- Experience in outside B2B sales
- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a commissioned sales environment
- Proven track record of effective negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Familiarity with sales force automation tools
- At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
