      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor case queues daily for incoming activity and manage inquiries in CRM
      - Maintain accurate and current records in CRM based on client and broker information
      - Assist with monitoring and reporting on performance metrics, including case and phone activity
      - Act as a liaison between the Account Management and Claims teams to ensure documentation is complete and accurate
      - Support client interactions and perform other duties as assigned to uphold company values

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1+ years of relevant Account Management work experience in benefits management, customer service, or a related field
      - Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to use independent judgment and expertise in managing clients and brokers
      - Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
      - Internally motivated individual looking for personal and professional growth

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
      - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Experience in a collaborative team environment
