What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advance hospital and specialty customers along the sales continuum and gain prescriber commitments through effective communication and presentations
- Develop professional relationships and communicate the value proposition of the Anti-Infective portfolio to diverse stakeholders
- Coordinate and mobilize key stakeholders to address product and patient flow issues through various distribution channels
- Create and execute strategic business plans for assigned geography to achieve sales objectives
- Attend and actively participate in relevant healthcare meetings and conventions to represent the employer and build relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred; or relevant industry experience required (minimum of five years)
- At least three years of experience in account-based selling within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Documented history of strong sales performance and ability to communicate complex products effectively
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Must satisfy all applicable healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements

- Experience with formulary approval processes and specialty pharmacy products
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment
- Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to learn complex scientific information quickly
- History of influencing others and building partnerships within cross-functional teams
