What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and send invoices on behalf of agency clients
- Review and prepare bills for approval and payment
- Build and deliver accurate financial statements and reports
- Partner with the team to provide ad hoc reporting to clients
- Adapt to varying responsibilities based on client needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive, recent bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Xero
- Expertise in month-end close processes, including bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Experience managing multiple clients and deadlines in a client service role
- Bachelor's degree in accounting strongly preferred
