      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the entire Accounts Payable function including coding, processing, and reporting through an electronic bill-paying system
      - Record and review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
      - Prepare wire transfers through online banking portals on a weekly basis
      - Reconcile cash accounts to bank statements and prepare cash forecasts based on historical trends
      - Maintain accurate and thorough electronic vendor file documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
      - Minimum three years prior experience with accounts payable or bookkeeping required
      - Excellent computer skills required, with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel as a plus
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills expected
      - Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with electronic bill-paying systems; experience with Mineraltree is a plus
      - Familiarity with accounting software; experience with Sage Intacct is a plus
      - Self-motivated and reliable individual with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
      - Prior experience in the financial services sector is a plus, but not a requirement
