What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data to support strategic and operational decisions
- Establish metrics and perform data analyses for business intelligence
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address business needs and troubleshoot data issues
- Develop and execute processes to ensure data integrity
- Support tools used in Individual Medicare Advantage pricing and internal reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Successful completion of at least 3 actuarial exams
- Meets requirements for the Actuarial Professional Development Program (APDP)
- Strong communication skills
- Passionate about improving consumer experiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong technical skills, especially in SQL and VBA
- Experience with Individual Medicare Advantage
