What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Travel to members' homes or community settings to deliver episodic, longitudinal, and urgent care support
- Build trusted relationships with patients and families to ensure compassionate, coordinated care
- Collaborate with an integrated care team to provide seamless support across medical, behavioral, and social needs
- Conduct in-home assessments, perform procedures, and provide patient and family education using the care platform
- Manage virtual nursing and urgent pediatric needs as an acute care registered nurse
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active DC RN license required; additional licensure in TX or FL preferred
- Current residence in the DC metro area
- PALS and BLS certifications required
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is required
- Minimum of 4+ years of pediatric nursing experience, with 1-2 years in pediatric emergency medicine
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- EMS (EMT/P) experience is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- Experience working in pediatric healthcare settings
