What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retrieve assignments from legal professionals and perform tasks as requested, updating requestors on task/project status
- Provide time-entry support and prepare business expense reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements with the internal travel agency
- Manage vendor payments and confirm the status of payments
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal clients and assist new attorneys with firm resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of previous administrative support experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and PDF programs
- Familiarity with NetDocuments or similar document management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
