      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to communications professionals on transportation improvement projects
      - Manage project databases and ensure timely updates
      - Compile meeting minutes, summaries, and documentation, including transcribing notes and recordings
      - Support team members with project management tasks and coordinate mass mailings for notifications
      - Monitor project emails and hotlines to assist the communications team effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting transportation agencies, state agencies, or local governments
      - High school graduate or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
