What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, research, and engage potential advertisers within assigned markets
- Conduct digital meetings and in-person visits to present advertising opportunities
- Present, negotiate, and close annual advertising contracts
- Manage renewals, upsells, and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals
- Collaborate with TOCA's Marketing and Facilities teams to coordinate ad placements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, advertising, or sponsorship (preferably in sports or hospitality)
- Proven ability to build lasting partnerships and achieve sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Must reside in and understand the assigned market
- Flexibility to meet clients both digitally and in person
