- Develop an agency force that pre-qualifies accounts and processes small business
- Monitor agency results and ensure compliance with company initiatives
- Develop professional relationships with agents and corporate departments
- Conduct inspections and provide risk improvement recommendations
- Drive an automobile to travel within the territory as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree preferred
- 5+ years underwriting, marketing, or field underwriting experience
- 3 years Agency Management experience preferred
- Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal business software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years Claims or Loss Control experience
- Valid state-issued driver's license in good standing
