What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own onboarding and activation for AI Agent customers, collaborating with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Solutions teams
- Drive revenue growth by supporting new customer acquisition and expanding usage with existing customers
- Analyze agent performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on AI strategy
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with AI agents or AI-powered products in a customer-facing environment
- 3-5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, account strategy, or solutions consulting within AI, SaaS, or data-driven products
- Proven track record of growing revenue from existing customers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and business cases
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with both operators and executives
