What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide top-notch air support for new and existing air bookings via phone and messaging
- Achieve one-call resolutions for call center associates while guests or travel agents remain on the line
- Adjust and correct schedule changes and ensure compliance with budget and flight pricing
- Offer alternative routing options and ensure proper documentation for airline bookings
- Assist in resolving minor air escalations and perform daily tasks in the Air Department
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in airline contracts, air operations, or a similar position within the travel industry
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and retain guest loyalty
- Familiarity with domestic/international itineraries, fare rules, and air regulations
- Proficiency in Globus Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Sabre
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint Online
