      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to facilitate timely collections
      - Monitor and manage collections in alignment with construction payment cycles
      - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve disputes and obtain payment commitments
      - Ensure compliance with lien rights and timely filing of necessary documents
      - Meet and exceed Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and cash collection goals through effective strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable collections, preferably in industrial services or construction
      - Strong knowledge of construction billing processes, including AIA documentation
      - Familiarity with lien rights and compliance with state-specific regulations
      - Proven ability to meet or exceed DSO and cash collection goals
      - Proficient in Excel and customer accounts payable portals such as Ariba and Coupa

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, or Finance
      - Previous experience in the industrial services or construction industry
      - Excellent negotiation and communication skills
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Knowledge of fair debt collection practices and legal compliance
