What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement processes and solutions for data/text mining and analysis
- Apply statistical analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data
- Collaborate with various departments and customers to define requirements
- Develop information tools, algorithms, dashboards, and queries to enhance business performance
- Prepare state-mandated reports and analyses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data mining techniques
- Ability to extract and compile information from large data sets
- Experience using analytics software and systems to support departmental goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a data analytics role
- Familiarity with reporting and monitoring processes
- Experience working with internal and external clients
- Advanced knowledge of emerging technologies in data analytics
