      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Leverage experimentation and advanced data analytics to derive insights and optimize credit underwriting strategies
      - Determine and optimize purchasing power to balance risk and growth while driving user engagement
      - Play a pivotal role in managing risk and improving profitability through effective underwriting
      - Support the launch of new products by designing and implementing credit strategies
      - Collaborate with Machine Learning and Engineering teams to build effective credit risk capabilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of work experience as a data analyst/data scientist, preferably in consumer credit risk management
      - Extensive experience with SQL and Python, or other scripting languages; experience with Spark is a plus
      - Ability to collaborate and influence across different teams in the organization
      - Strong communication skills to convey findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
      - Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field

      - Experience or knowledge of Machine Learning techniques
      - A passion for finding insights in data and driving changes based on those insights
