What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Tier 2 support for end-user computing devices
- Respond to incidents and requests within a ticketing system
- Deploy and troubleshoot end-user computing devices
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications
- Provide customer training and knowledge documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to work 100% in the Tempe, AZ office
- 2+ years of Tech Support experience supporting Windows and Mac
- Experience with workstation setup, networking, and related duties
- Experience in management and support of Microsoft Active Directory Domains
- Strong communicator with excellent documentation and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of various Windows OS and hardware for PC environments
- Associate degree, Certificate, or Boot Camp in Computer Science or related field
