What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute Government Programs processes accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with CMS regulations
- Oversee schedules for assigned processes, adjust timelines as necessary, and alert management of risks
- Ensure process documentation is accurate and updated as needed
- Communicate effectively with Employer Groups, Clients, State/Federal Agencies, and internal departments to resolve issues
- Review and prioritize reconciliation efforts for errors in accordance with State and Federal guidance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience (2 years with an associate degree, or 4 years with a high school diploma)
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical claims adjudication systems, retail pharmacy, or health plan organizations is preferred
- Ability to participate in and support compliance program objectives
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
