      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute Government Programs processes such as enrollment administration, financial reporting, and claims submission
      - Oversee schedules for assigned processes, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines
      - Ensure process documentation is accurate and updated as needed
      - Communicate effectively with Employer Groups, Clients, and State/Federal Agencies to resolve issues
      - Review and prioritize error reconciliation efforts in compliance with State and Federal guidance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in a business-related field; or equivalent work experience (2 years with an Associate's degree or 4 years with a high school diploma)
      - Minimum of 1 year of work experience
      - Experience in pharmaceutical claims adjudication systems, retail pharmacy, or health plan organizations is preferred
      - Ability to support compliance program objectives
      - Strong interpersonal skills for cooperative interaction with team members
