What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights and create compelling data stories
- Manage and execute Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing programs, including reporting and analysis
- Utilize web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) to derive insights and inform strategy
- Develop and maintain website tagging infrastructure for effective digital data collection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis roles or quantitative fields (Economics, Finance, or Statistics)
- Proven track record of working with large datasets, focusing on analysis, storytelling, and visualization
- Functional understanding of digital data collection and website tagging
- Mastery of Excel and expertise in web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics)
- Experience with A/B testing analytics tools (Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or PowerBI
- Familiarity with testing platforms like Adobe Target, Optimizely, and VWO
- Knowledge of SQL, R, and/or Python for advanced data analysis
- Background in strategy and/or management consulting
- Proficiency in PowerPivot, PowerQuery, and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)
