      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze spend data, usage trends, and market dynamics to support category planning
      - Manage day-to-day activities of preferred supplier programs and contract renewals
      - Act as a liaison between Procurement and business units to ensure alignment on category management activities
      - Provide support across all areas of the Procurement function, assisting with ad-hoc tasks or special initiatives as needed
      - Maintain accurate documentation and tracking to support team operations and compliance with policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Entry-level procurement experience
      - Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and identify trends
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
      - Eager to learn and grow within the procurement landscape

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related fields
      - Consulting experience
      - Experience in a top Commercial Real Estate Services firm
      - Proven ability to present and influence at all organizational levels
      - Willingness to embrace new technologies and continuously develop new skills
