      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and understand State requirements to inform design decisions
      - Review and provide feedback on user interface design, branding, and marketing materials

      - Assist in user research and usability testing to validate design choices
      - Design integration strategies for connecting various state service applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience analyzing and designing websites with a focus on Usability and User Experience
      - At least 5 years of experience developing and retrofitting websites for accessibility
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in creating mobile responsive websites
      - Strong familiarity with regulatory requirements on State and Federal levels
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with design integration strategies and providing technical guidance
      - Proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation
      - Familiarity with information architecture and interaction design
