      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support for hospital and lab products, addressing software and hardware issues
      - Document all customer support interactions in the helpdesk ticketing system accurately and promptly
      - Troubleshoot production issues and independently execute routine scripts to resolve data problems
      - Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone, ensuring clear and professional interactions
      - Follow up with customers regarding the status of their support tickets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent diploma, with relevant certifications (SBB, MT, or MLT)
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital lab or blood bank
      - Ability to work alternating shifts to provide 24/7 remote support
      - Must have a dedicated office space and stable internet service for uninterrupted remote support
      - Proficiency in English; bilingual skills in Spanish or French are highly desired

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with BloodTrack® system and software, SafeTrace Tx® transfusion management software, and TEG® Hemostasis Analyzer and TEG Manager® software
      - Strong technical aptitude and ability to independently research and troubleshoot customer issues
