What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure system stability
- Translate requirements into system configurations for enterprise applications
- Support releases, enhancements, and user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles
- Implement fixes and coordinate with development teams for application improvements
- Maintain technical documentation to support compliance and operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-6 years of experience supporting or enhancing enterprise applications
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and requirements-to-design translation
- Experience in regulated or controlled environments, preferably in healthcare or NIH
- Knowledge of basic DevOps concepts
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with FISMA/NIST security frameworks
- Experience working in clinical research environments
