What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Align technology solutions with business strategies to improve business processes
- Act as a technical liaison and broker of services with various vendors
- Inform and advise customers on information system technologies' functionality, costs, benefits, and implementation requirements
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customer management and IT personnel
- Conduct project documentation and technical writing, ensuring clear communication of complex technical concepts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of formal education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience working closely with IT
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate complex concepts in understandable terms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to solve problems across multiple environments within a business area
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
- Experience in the strategic use of technology in managing and growing a business
- Experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects from vision through implementation
- Pharmacy experience is strongly preferred
- Willow-certified candidates are preferred
