What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily throughout a full eight-hour shift
- Verify and confirm contact information for approximately 200 companies per week
- Update and maintain accurate records inside internal systems and CRM platforms
- Follow structured scripts and verification workflows
- Ensure all contact data is validated before cases move to the Engagement team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience in call center, appointment setting, outbound sales, or similar high-volume phone roles
- Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on outbound calls
- Strong phone presence with clear professional communication
- Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
- Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
