What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coach, develop, and manage a team of Direct Sales Representatives in the designated region
- Develop new business and manage existing customers in office coffee, bars, and restaurants
- Utilize value-based selling to prospect and close new business while managing the full sales cycle
- Organize and effectively manage a potential customer funnel of targets
- Keep current with and educate potential customers on liquid coffee and specialty beverage trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business
- 5+ years' experience selling in specialty foodservice, Office Coffee Service (OCS), or Spirits
- 4+ years' experience managing, coaching, and developing successful sales teams
- Demonstrated success and proven track record with new account penetration
- Must be able to travel within the assigned territory as needed

- Ideal candidate will have knowledge in value-based selling and sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC
- Proven history of sales management experience and achievement leading high-potential teams
- Strong, collaborative, relationship-building, analytical, and proactive problem-solving skills
