      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with potential and existing healthcare providers (HCPs) to support sales efforts and build relationships
      - Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communications to educate HCPs about therapy solutions
      - Establish and maintain professional relationships with HCPs to drive trust and long-term engagement
      - Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales opportunities in the CRM system
      - Collaborate with field sales representatives to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic planning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of relevant sales experience; experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
      - Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
      - Previous experience in a startup environment is advantageous
      - Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and via video conferencing
      - Eagerness to learn and develop within the company
      - Ability to address and resolve customer and team issues promptly
