      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary resource for FP&A requests, including financial evaluations and board material preparation
      - Collaborate with business partners to create quarterly forecasts for workplace benefits and individual disability
      - Modernize the forecasting process using available technology to enhance efficiency
      - Support adjustments to financial processes in response to upcoming changes in financial data
      - Manage assigned projects, ensuring quality work, timely documentation, and progress reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or master's degree in Actuarial Science or related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of related experience in financial analysis or actuarial roles
      - Strong analytical skills with effective communication and presentation abilities
      - Familiarity with spreadsheet and database software, or willingness to learn
      - Ability to direct the work of others and support their professional development
