      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Represent the employer on internal and external U.S. government legal issues
      - Review, draft, negotiate, and advise on a variety of government agreements
      - Manage and resolve contract disputes, bid protests, equitable adjustments, and breach of contract claims
      - Provide expertise on legal issues to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
      - Collaborate on data rights and other intellectual property issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 12 years of experience
      - Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited institution
      - Admission to the bar of at least 1 U.S. state with the ability to be admitted as In-House Counsel
      - 5+ years of experience with U.S. government contracts law
      - Must be willing and able to travel 20% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the aerospace defense industry
      - Prior in-house legal experience
