      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate between field teams, project teams, and customers to ensure project success
      - Review and track project activities, including change orders and submittals
      - Mentor Project Engineers and assist in the development of standard procedures
      - Facilitate team meetings and drive project discussions
      - Maintain strong working partnerships with vendors and subcontractors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a similar field preferred
      - At least three (3) years of experience as a Project Engineer in electrical construction or MEP
      - Minimum five (5) years of related experience, including managing smaller projects
      - Valid state-issued driver's license and satisfactory driving record

      - Experience in supervising or providing guidance to others in a project setting
      - Technical knowledge in electrical systems or construction processes
      - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders
      - A proactive approach to learning and improving existing processes
      - Previous experience in the data center construction field
