      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Represent the State's interests in high-profile affirmative litigation in state and federal courts
      - Assist in assigning cases, overseeing litigation strategy, and supervising civil prosecution of cases
      - Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
      - Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance section efficiency
      - Maintain an appropriate case load while fulfilling supervisory and administrative duties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five (5) years of legal practice experience
      - Supervisory or management experience preferred
      - Strong negotiation skills for settlement and mediation
      - Ability to work effectively with clients and witnesses
      - Awareness of ethics and potential conflicts of interest in the public sector

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in public sector litigation or high-profile cases
      - Knowledge of public relations implications related to litigation
      - Familiarity with the Rules of Professional Conduct and State ethics rules
