      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Scheduling Director in managing university initiatives related to space scheduling and allocation
      - Coordinate marketing and sales initiatives to promote Events & Venues venue space to clients
      - Identify new opportunities to meet university goals and collaborate on organizational objectives
      - Review client requests and prepare contracts for non-university event hosts
      - Maintain and update the division's website and client database, ensuring business continuity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 5 years of relevant professional experience, or a Master’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience
      - Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position
      - Strong understanding of policies and procedures related to venue management
      - Excellent communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders
      - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage complex requests

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in event management or venue management within a higher education setting
      - Familiarity with marketing strategies for promoting venue space
      - Proven track record of successful client relationship management
      - Ability to handle unique and complex scheduling requests effectively
      - Experience with website management and database maintenance
