What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the registration and configuration of end users and partners on employer products
- Discuss and recommend registration workflow changes and solutions with client contacts
- Enhance customer experience and satisfaction through high CSAT scores via surveys and quality assurance
- Maintain timely communication with clients regarding inquiries and requests
- Enable Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) integrations and troubleshoot post-implementation issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Education, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of ambulatory and inpatient healthcare work environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- Proficiency in sorting and analyzing data in Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in healthcare IT, implementation coordination, or project management
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or CRM tools such as Salesforce, Jira, or similar platforms
- Exposure to PDMP programs, EHR workflows, or e-prescribing systems
- Experience in a client-facing or customer success role
