What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with a cross-functional project team to deliver Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for clinical trials
- Liaise with clients to discuss requirements, handle issues, and provide status updates
- Design IRT solutions to meet study requirements based on clinical protocols and client discussions
- Manage project schedules and track tasks to ensure project milestones are met
- Provide system training and support to end-users globally
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in life sciences or computer science)
- Minimum of 1.5 years of progressive experience as an associate project manager
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the clinical trials or technology sector
- Familiarity with Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Previous experience in client-facing roles
