What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in managing project communications, scheduling, and deliverables from various teams
- Coordinate activities for the timely and budget-compliant completion of projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules while ensuring client satisfaction
- Monitor project status, including cost, timing, and staffing
- Provide administrative support to project team members and facilitate communication among stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates/Bachelor's degree required and/or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of related professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence
- Knowledge of commercial construction trades and audio/video systems desired
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AVIXA CTS certification (to be obtained within the first year of employment)
- Familiarity with low-voltage electrical projects
- Good people skills and a natural leadership ability
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical and people-related problems
- Ability to effectively manage expectations and prioritize tasks
