      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver direct supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while managing a small caseload
      - Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpreting results and modifying treatment plans
      - Provide supervision through observations and team meetings with staff and families
      - Consult with families regarding treatment concerns, behavior modification, or staff-related issues
      - Collaborate with the Clinical Manager for administrative support and scheduling assistance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be licensed as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Arizona
      - Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
      - Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, and ethical guidelines
      - Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
      - Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting children up to 50 lbs.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in applied behavior analysis within a clinical setting
      - Familiarity with various behavioral intervention strategies and instructional methods
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
