      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform client assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
      - Collaborate with clients (ages 2-21), their families, and other service providers to develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP)
      - Implement and review preference assessments, reinforcement, and rehabilitative strategies prescribed by licensed professionals
      - Supervise and provide direct care to clients in alignment with the ITP
      - Maintain compliance with PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be licensed in Pennsylvania as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner
      - Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA) is required
      - Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
      - Leadership/supervision experience preferred but not required
      - A professional scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in leadership or supervision
      - Additional certifications related to behavioral analysis or therapy
      - Familiarity with developing and implementing treatment plans
      - Previous experience working with children and families in a clinical setting
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
