What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls or emails to present products and services to customers.
- Assist new and existing customers in finding the right workspace solutions for their business.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Demonstrate a strong customer-first mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
- Engage with diverse customers to address their needs and achieve sales results.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Fluency in the local language and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to close deals confidently.
- Must have a personal laptop and high-speed internet connection for remote work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
