What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails to present products and services to customers
- Assist new and existing customers in finding the right workspace solutions for their business needs
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty
- Utilize excellent negotiation skills to close deals confidently
- Engage with diverse customers, addressing their needs and promoting IWG's solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in a B2B setting
- Fluent in both the local language and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-first mindset with excellent negotiation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Passion for engaging with diverse customers and drive to achieve results
