What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with a variety of healthcare-related inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Handle inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about changes affecting their health insurance
- Update personal information on accounts and support customers in completing orders
- Navigate multiple systems while communicating effectively with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance member satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
- Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency for multitasking between systems
- Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role, particularly in healthcare
- Familiarity with healthcare policies and procedures
- Proficient in using VoIP and other communication technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
