What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer support via phone and email
- Assist with purchases, order verification, and product/service inquiries
- Provide technical support for customer portals, including navigation assistance
- Support membership retention efforts by explaining benefits and encouraging renewals
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with a focus on customer loyalty and soft sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of call center or chat support experience
- Fluent in French/French-Canadian and English
- Strong communication, grammar, and active listening skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Insurance or policy/agent experience
- Previous remote/work-from-home experience
- Technical aptitude with Salesforce or HubSpot experience
- Understanding of call center support metrics
