What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls from customers seeking storage solutions
- Assist customers in reserving the best storage unit to meet their needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to maximize monthly commissions
- Provide support and coaching to new team members as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
- Ability to work some weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively over the phone
- Familiarity with the self-storage industry
