What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls from customers seeking storage solutions
- Assist customers in reserving suitable storage units based on their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with team members to maximize monthly commissions
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
- Ability to work some weekends and pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers over the phone
- A proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets
