What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Optimize business applications, products, and services to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain and support business tools, ensuring productivity for the sales team
- Provide data and system analytics to identify trends when implementing new technology
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware as they arise
- Assist with basic hardware and system troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with fluency in English required
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, cloud solutions, networking, and web hosting
- Proficiency with business tools such as Power BI, ARC+, Snowflake, ServiceNow, and SPLUNK
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle for regular travel within a defined territory
