      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve escalated customer service issues in both English and Spanish, ensuring a high-quality service experience
      - Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to address appliance-related concerns and close cases effectively
      - Collaborate with internal departments to negotiate and implement solutions in the best interest of customers
      - Gather and analyze information to surface concerns and suggest resolutions to management
      - Ensure compliance with company values, processes, and policies while meeting work schedule demands

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of Call Center experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of escalated customer service experience
      - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple online applications

      - Previous experience working from home is preferred
