What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver direct supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while managing a small caseload
- Regularly review and interpret data collected during therapy sessions to modify individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision by observing staff and conducting team meetings with families
- Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment and behavior modification
- Engage in hands-on activities with children, including lifting and physical interaction as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, and ethical practices
- Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs and engaging in physical activities with children
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a clinical setting or similar role within the ABA field
- Familiarity with data analysis and treatment plan development
- Strong communication skills for effective family consultations
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
