      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver direct supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while managing a small caseload
      - Regularly review and interpret data collected during sessions and modify individualized treatment plans as needed
      - Provide supervision through observations and team meetings with staff and families
      - Consult with families regarding treatment, behavior modification, and staff-related concerns
      - Collaborate with the Clinical Manager for administrative support and scheduling assistance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
      - Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, and instructional methods
      - Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
      - Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting children up to 50 lbs and engaging in floor-level activities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a similar role within a behavioral health setting
      - Additional certifications in specialized behavioral interventions
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with families and staff
      - Innovative thinking in applying behavior analysis techniques
      - Knowledge of current trends and research in applied behavior analysis
