What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create high-quality designs for digital assets, print materials, and experiential branding
- Act as a guardian of the employer's visual identity, ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to deliver design solutions
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
- Maintain an organized workflow by tracking project milestones and communicating progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an in-house team or agency
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related design role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with branding and marketing strategies
